帕特里克·DeRouen founded 九五至尊线上娱乐 in 2009 after amassing decades of invaluable experience in law and business. Mr. DeRouen earned his law degree from Tulane University Law School in 1990 and his MBA from 罗耀拉大学 in 1990. His practice covers a broad spectrum of complex dispute resolution through negotiations, 中介, arbitration and trial in state and federal courts.
